at my extensive knowledge of kidkraft kitchens. This is what having children did to me. 5 years ago I could have identified the make, model and price of a real kitchen at one glance. Now it is children's kitchens .

You see I looked at it and looked at it and thought "No ... no ... surely they haven't made a child's play kitchen the focal point of the room when they are trying to persuade someone to pay almost £600,000 for that fairly ordinary house in a fairly ordinary outer London suburb."

Tbh I take all Kinleigh Folkard valuations with a pinch of salt. They tend to over-value by miles.

It was back in 2005 so the market did rise a lot after that. No idea of the local market though, I'm at the other end of the country.

Frightening what you can market a house like that for in the area!
