Coving...paint the same colour as the walls or white to match the ceiling?

It's 1950s dull as ditchwater plaster coving, not lovely ornate stuff. Do I paint it cream like the walls or white like the ceiling?

At the minute it is mushroom coloured gloss

I would go for white like the ceiling.
