And they have the brightest green bedroom I've ever seen!

that is a very bright green bedroom!

JackieandJudy · 18/02/2013 14:56

Bet they don't get much use out of it. I do like the house though, and price seems quite reasonable for where it is.

HeadFairy · 18/02/2013 15:32

Christmas lunch would be a doddle, no more squeezing people on to corners and everyone sitting on chairs of a variety of heights :o

Looking at the office I wonder if they run their own business from home and have the huge table for meetings?

NorthernLurker · 18/02/2013 15:37

Looks like three desks in the office - surely a business operation?

You can get aorund 15 round the table in the garden too.

BinarySolo · 18/02/2013 15:38

There have a similarly mahoosive table and chairs combo outside. Must hold a lot of dinner parties.

BinarySolo · 18/02/2013 15:39

X post lurker

NorthernLurker · 18/02/2013 15:41

Ah yes here

Just call me a stalker.......

TheCatInTheHairnet · 18/02/2013 15:44

I quite like the outdoor table. The indoor one, not so much.

NorthernLurker · 18/02/2013 15:45

And here

I think the big table is for demonstrating the heater products.....

MrsSchadenfreude · 18/02/2013 15:52

Ours would seat 18 if we put all of the extension leaves in it.

HeadFairy · 18/02/2013 15:59

God I hadn't even spotted the massive outdoors table!

The office is big, I hadn't thought about home business. Not sure I'd like meetings in my house. I'd be tempted to buy one of those garden room/offices thingys rather than have people in my home.

I have (family heirloom) and much nicer than theirs.

But mine, you put a handle in and wind the two ends together to make it smaller.

NorthernLurker · 18/02/2013 16:34

Perhaps that's why they're moving? More office space/seperate wing/free up cash by home downsizing that can be spent on offices.......

PigletJohn · 18/02/2013 17:01

nice gardens but not a pretty house.

Yorky · 18/02/2013 18:44

I think my parents have had 20 around their table - but mismatched chairs and tuck your elbows in!
Like PigletJohn's table, it has a winding handle to grow/shrink
It is slightly too long and narrow for an official table tennis table, but the carving on the edge gives the home team the advantage every time Grin

Sorry for random table waffle, as you were!

fatnfrumpy · 18/02/2013 19:45

THats my House!!!!

fatnfrumpy · 18/02/2013 19:48

Fooled you! but we have a table that sits 20 but then we are caterers!

HerRoyalNotness · 18/02/2013 19:51

oooh I LOVE that house, drool. No need for such a big table though > p'raps I can turn the conservatory into a mini ten pin bowling lane.

SizzleSazz · 18/02/2013 19:54

I think it seats 22 from squinting at the screen Grin

Is it just me, or does the end leaf on that table look a bit ridiculous, though? Like you'd fold it (and perhaps the one at the other end) down when you only had 16 people for dinner....

Can't believe no one has mentioned the chute thingy at the bottom of the garden Shock
