My DH has a move within his current practice moving up ar the end of March, which means moving to London.
We'll be staying with a relative while we get an idea of area and sell our house, so have a bit of leeway to be picky and not rush into buying. We want to be within 45mins commute of clerkenwell by bike for DH and to the north so the trip back up to manc is as short as possible. And ideally somewhere we can afford to buy a two+ bed flat with some form of outside space for less than £350 that isn't ex-authority.. So a nice easy set of criteria! (i jest)
We've bought major refurb needed houses in the past so happy to do this to get the right area, or buy at auction. Also will be there for maybe 5 years so would buy in an area that's a bit iffy but already on it's way to improving, but not if it'll take 10 years..
