Our buyers had their survey done on our house today, and I am feeling so down! I kind of hated the idea of viewers judging my house but the thought of someone going around my house, looking for faults feels awful!
We brought two years ago and the only main issue that came up was rising damp - we have had this treated 6 months ago and have a 30 year guarantee but I'm not convinced it has really worked (have a damp meter and still getting high readings) and with it being an old house I'm sure there will be a few more issues.
Just wanted to vent really! When should expect to hear the results of the survey, or will I only hear if there is an issue? If the agent calls to say they do want to re-negotiate price what should my course of action be??
