Any tumble drier experts around?

Siemens , warranty just expired.
It he 'empty water' light flashes & the machine stops. But the tank is almost empty.
I empty the dribble out then it works again for 10 mins only.
I've defluffed it all, so it's not that.
Any bright ideas before I call an engineer?

We had a zanussi and my husband kept fixing it but we go so fed up we got another with a vent this time. I got the cheapy White Knight for around £120 in Asda, so much better than my expensive one. It will probably cost you around that to get it fixed. My DH vented it outside himself. Kit was around £15.

Thanks Elsie. Do you know how he fixed it?
My utility room is a window box, so a condenser is the only option.

It's small , but actually a windowless box, not window box!

Have you cleaned the condensery bit {technical term} note to self to do ours

Yes FF, I've removed all fluff from the grill bit & the condenser.
I think it's the water container. Probably a valve or something technical.
Thanks so the idea though.
