HELP! Folding bath shower screen leaking

I've just spent a lot of money having a lovely new bathroom fitted. Gone is the pink suite to be replaced with a lovely white Ideal Standard suite with a Digital Aqualisa Visgae shower over the bath. All is beautiful with one exception, the rather expensive shiny chrome Coram 5-fold bath screen is leaking from the rubber seal at the bottom under the hinges. The screen was installed by a professional bathroom fitter so it hasn't been a bodge DIY job. I'm gutted and quite furious really that it isn't fit for purpose.

Does anyone else have one of these screens? Does your's leak? Have you fixed it? Where do I stand if I contacted the supplier and asked to exchange it? It's fitted to the wall now and all the packaging is gone.

Advice and help much appreciated.

We have a bi fold screen that leaked. The water used to run underneath on the fixed pane. My dh put a thick line of clear silicone all around the bottom edge of just the fixed pane and that did the trick.

silicone went on the outside of the screen

Thanks Furball. That's not he place its leaking though, its under each folding hinge where the rubber seal is cut to accommodate the fold iyswim. Anyone else??
