Cost of installing a combi boiler.

How much would you expect to pay for a new combi boiler (the cost of disconnecting the old immersion heater and providing and installing the combi boiler)
Can anyone recommend any good makes?

Ours cost £3000 18months ago.
That was for taking out old tanks, replacing and resiting boiler, installing 5 new radiators and pipework (the old pipes were set in the ground floor concrete so they couldn't see how worn they were and didn't want to pressurise pipes that were weak.
