House is half-blitzed with the rest to do in the morning as the EA is coming in the afternoon to photography my house. Have white roses in my living room & lilies in the morning room so I can't go wrong can I?

Am only selling for one house on the market so stressful times ahead I think...

EA came to ours yesterday. Also had white roses but the lillies are a no no as DH is allergic. Good luck!

I'm not very good at patience & the whole process is such a waiting game. If only the whole buying/selling process wasn't so reliant on loads of other people - I'm sure I could get it all done far more efficiently!

And I'm that today is a beautiful sunny day & my house would've looked so much brighter had the photos been taken today...

I'm dreading this, I still remember the 'fun' from years ago when we sold & bought this place. DH has just got a new job with a distance clause so we will be on the move once I can finish tidying this place up to sell it.

Yes am dreading it too. We can't possibly be as lucky as last time round - sold to first viewer but then got into a bidding war as numerous people had offered on this house - went to sealed bids & we won!

As there is only one house I am selling for I have a feeling it's going to be tense...
