There is nothing about Aldershot to be afraid of. It's an army town, with a good diverse feel now that so many Nepalese are living nearby. The street market on a Thursday, for example, has massively improved because the Nepalese prefer fresh veg direct from a market to pre-bagged supermarket stuff. There is a ski centre, a cinema, an athletics track and a lido. Farnham is rather less diverse. Mostly middle-class white people, all with the same life experience and aspirations. Plenty of charity shops, plenty of coffee shops, a Whistles, a Joules and a Crew Clothing. Which is fine, if you like that sort of thing.
So, North Farnham is great. Hale, Weybourne, even Badshot Lea. All nice, full of nice people, not all the same, and some quite interesting, and you're not surrounded entirely by the blandness of sameness in south Farnham, but equally, you're near enough to Aldershot to get a bit of diversity and spice in your life.
All Hallows is a fantastic school.
