My partner and I are in the process of trying to come up with a drawn plan of our future kitchen, diner & living space.
From the diagram you can see we have a good amount of space but in that complete area, we are also putting in a small shower/bathroom for disabled access and potentially (although drawn in) a utilities room, which were open to changing the location or eliminating fully.
The key areas of what we required factored into the design are -
- Contemporary design and as unique as possible
- An Island with a hob
- Living area next to bi fold doors and tv on the wall
- Dining table for 4 people and expandable up to 6 people
- A double Oven, american fridge freezer
- We already have a free standing washing machine and dryer
The challenges we are currently facing is be able to have enough space for the island and dining table.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
