I am looking for a RICS qualified structural surveyor in the Bromley/SE London area.
Can anyone recommend a reputable surveyor?
How much does it cost on average for a semi detached 3 or 4 bedroom house?

What are you looking for?

RICS building surveyors are very knowledgeable and your best bet for surveys and advice but if you need a specific structural defect (e.g. a crack in a wall or similar) investigated then you need a chartered engineer.
