Help - tiny kitchen what style/colour?

I have a very small U shaped kitchen which I want to refit. I am thinking white shaker style or white gloss (with or without handles) to make it seem as large as possible but torn between timeless and seamless. What would you choose?
Any suggestions gratefully received plus any worktop ideas.

Have done several kitchens in the past but this one is giving me a real headache. TIA.

Mine is U-shaped and about 2.2m along each wall. I went for gloss (in bright colour, with integrated appliances. I also avoided wall cupboards as it would have seemed like a cave otherwise.

Thanks lala
Spent the day trying to plan it out again - yours sounds a similar size to mine. We have finally had to accept that to get the most out of it it will need to be bespoke which means more expense. Have booked a couple of local cabinet makers to look. Going for cupboards on one wall as need the storage.
Hope they come up with something affordable and practical.

What do you need to get in there? I have full height fridge freezer, a tall cabinet holding double oven with storage below and above, a full height larder unit, a dishwasher and five base units. It's all Ikea and I honestly think the space is as good as it can be. We have a very small utility room at the back of the house (the original kitchen Shock), more of a cupboard where we have put our boiler and our washing machine and that has made a huge difference.

Sounds great.
We couldn't get all that in. It's the width that's the major headache it's only 2.2 across with one 2.3 metre run under the window and one 1.75 on the opposite wall. Got to get in oven & hob, washing machine and slimline d/w.
Fridge freezer can go in a recess of it's own. The corners are just too short to fit in standard unit.

Guy from Howdens came yesterday and is preparing 2 plans so should be able to sort something. DH wasn't keen on the gloss doors in situ so it looks like Burford White - I'm not sureConfused
