Anybody used guaranteed rental schemes?

Just wondering if anybody had any experience of using a guaranteed rental scheme? We are planning to let our house out shortly and are tempted by northwoods guaranteed rental scheme. Obviously they offer a slightly lesser rental income than if we had tenants in there ourselves but are there any other disadvantages??

We have used the northwood scheme for our apartment for 4 years now and it has worked brilliantly for us. Although we get £120 less than the property rents out for, it is so so worth it to us.

We recently rented out another house ourselves, and it was the most stressful thing I have ever experienced. I dread our tenants moving out of that property because of the hassle of renting it out again.

Northwood have been great for us, they are always v helpful but it is an expensive service so you need to weigh up whether the benefits outweigh the cost.
