On the house we're buying we had been thinking about a loft conversion but with a modern truss loft and height issues its very expensive. So as an alternative we're thinking about extending out back but wouldn't want to loose too much garden space so thought maybe having a carport type arrangement under the extension would work.
I'd like the room to be approximately 7ft x 9ft. Any one got any clue as to what sort of cost we'd be talking about.
The house is in Warrington so no London premium.
