Anyone got a small master bedroom?

We are moving into a new house soon. Our room will be 3.5 by 3.2 meters. We currently have a kingsize bed which would be difficult toreplace as we have a tempur mattress which was very expensive. I have no idea if we can fit our bed plus a good size wardrobe and chest of drawers in. Does anyone else have a room this size? Tips for storage would be appreciated!

Our room is this size(ish) and doesn't feel small. We have a king sized bed, floor to ceiling wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers and a cot. We have bookshelves built in the alcoves.

It's got very high ceilings and is painted in light colours which helps feel spacious.

Thing that's probably helped the most was building things in and using the height

We have two bedrooms about a foot shorter than this. One room has a double bed against one of the walls, plus a good sized warderobe and space for a chest of drawers. The other has a king size bed in the middle of the room with a bedside table on one size, shelves in one of the alcoves, and there is space for a small chest of drawers. We have drawers under the bed which helps immensely with storage.

Our current bedroom (other one is not finished) is about that size and we have a U.S. queen which is very slightly bigger than a U.K. king and it fits fine with room to spare.

Ours is 3m by 3.3m with a king size bed, bedside draws either side and full height wardrobe. We also have draws under the bed as previously mentioned and all bed linen goes in there.

Phew that is not too bad then. It is hard to tell when you are viewing a house full of other peoples furniture. Everything looks smaller than it is I think. Especially as the wallpaper is darker than I would have.

We have underbed plastic boxes and then a large chest of drawers. There's not much storage but I am not one for lots of clothes, it makes sure you throw out stuff that you never wear any more.

We also have underbed drawers for shoes and bedding. And a tall chest of drawers.

We also pack away clothes for summer in winter and put them in the loft, and vice versa, which saves space.
