Integrated tumble dryer

We are planning a new kitchen at the moment with all the appliances integrated. But I'm discovering that its really rare to find integrated tumble dryers. Does anyone know why? Why aren't they popular? I've only found one made by Baumatic or really really expensive Miele ones.
We've got the space but I don't want one if it can't be integrated, I would just get a washer dryer. Or can you fit a freestanding one in a cupboard?

Would imagine its to do with venting, but there seem to be a couple here one the cheep end (and a couple at the end I guess your aghast at!)
Can recommend the company - Mum has had excellent service from them with all her white goods (there is a show room near her tho)

I'd advise against washer/dryer-never heard a good word about them.

Yes, I think I agree about washer dryers as I have one now and it accumulates fluff that then gets stuck to washing on the wash cycle. Especially on the wool cycle for some reason!
Thanks for the link to the Baumatic and CDA one - does anyone have any experience of either brand?
