Daikin heat source pumps

Hi
Anyone know anything about this system??
we have just moved into a new flat and i seem to have timed the heating fine but i cant seem to get the water to work on timed and not sure what im going wrong! i have been boosting the water daily but cant get it to come on using timings! its driving me crazy!!!
