Floor lamps

I recently bought a floor lamp from BHS for my dining room and wanted another for my living room. The BHS lamp is not very good quality with marks on the base, rod etc and the lamp shade is not too good either. It cost the best part of £100. Their customer service is not good.

I am willing to spend a bit more and get a better lamp. John Lewis look nice, but some of the reviews are not too good. Can anyone recommend a good one with reasonable quality. I'm open minded about the style.

I was in Dunelm Mill with MIL last week and saw some floor lamps quite stylish and JL lookalikey.

Not sure of price but might be worth a look....Tesco also had a wooden tripod floor lamp last year which looked much more expensive than it actually was.

Got some nice ones in House of Fraser online. They were very reasonable, about £60 in sale and really happy with them.
