because i'm finding it really dull!

please suggest others to try, that have properties not listed on Rightmove..

i'm looking in Sussex if that helps.

we have a moving date in the new year, have exchanged contracts so are definitely moving now....have time to find the perfect thing but it isn't on Rightmove at the moment...

any estate agent worth their salt should also put the property on findaproperty and primelocation - but yes, the same properties will be on all of them.

everyone has been told not to put their houses up for sale now as 'nothing happens before Christmas'. More will appear in the new year and then lots after Easter. That's what happened last year and how we found ours when we on the point of giving up.

if you take out a six month rental it should all tie up well. With luck.

Very few family houses, or any other sort, do come up at this time of year.

Zoopla

we are moving in with my folks, is the plan at the moment

the sort of thing we are looking to buy could be near-derelict so a medium-term thing

one of the estate agents i emailed gave me a list of people to contact, which included some that don't list on rightmove (though i really wonder why not - i suppose some people just don't like everyone being able to see photos of their house)

will give zoopla another go, it does see to have one or two things that don't make it to rightmove....

Try Home.co.uk as well. It seems to have some estate agents that aren't on Zoopla or Rightmove.
