Hi, we have almost finished the renovation of two bathrooms, and need to sort out window coverage. Both have the same mid grey floor tiles, with pale grey wall tiles, white on remaining walls. We have patterned glass but the windows are on the front, so I'm still keen to have the windows covered at night. The windows aren't inset at all.
Last house we had wooden shutters built, which I loved, but it was a Victorian house, and the windows were inset a little, so it worked. This house is late fifties, the rooms are slightly in the eaves, and we've gone for a modern-ish style, so I'm not sure what to have. Apart from definitely not curtains! Any thoughts? I'm running out of decision-making capabilities after all the work!
