Steam mops on karndean floor

I know it is not advisable but has anyone used a steam mop on a kardean floor. Were there any bad side effects or was the karndean fine.

If not what type of mop can I use.

I want to know too! My hallway is looking grubby :(

I want to know as well. Have avoided buying one as I thought they were not recommended.

I use mine all he time on karndean in the kitchen diner and no probs at all. At least 3 times a week.
