House not quite finished but we have a working bathroom and en suite shower. Kitchen done. Sitting room full of boxes. Family room has sofa and TV. I have had a bath! Heaven. Frozen Peas on tap. [Grin]

No more static caravan. Ever. Again.

Despite the unfinished bits ,the either lack of curtains/mismatched curtains, the no hooks/hanging rails etc etc it is bliss. Not just because it is a house rather than a caravan but most importantly that it is already feeling like a home.

And I couldn't have got here without Mumsnet. So a very big Thanks.

Yay! Congrats and welcome to your new home, it must feel amazing after so long in a static Smile

Most importantly - are you warming your bottom against the Esse? Grin

Hi, I have followed your threads, so glad it has worked out. Wine in the fridge I assume.

Let's not mention the leaking en-suite sink which woke me up at 5.30am on Tuesday morning then....which cause the eletrics to blow and an inch deep puddle all over the kitchen floor as the waterpoured through the light fittings.

My kitchen. My engineered oak floor. My freshly decorated, just plastered walls and ceilings.

Building taking care of it all. But Oh. M. Fucking. G!
