I am trying to help a family member with a very difficult situation with a property in Brazil. He went against all sensible advice and bought a new build through a local Brazilian company and now needs to sell and is being told he owes more money and would have to pay further in order to sell but in the meantime the rent is less than the charges!
I am struggling to find much information from any UK based websites. Does anyone have any experience or have any suggestions of forums or sources of suitable information to help me to try to help him. Or is there anywhere better I should post on this forum?
