Can anyone recommend someone to draw up plans for a 2 storey side extension please? I'm based in Birmingham.
I have several friends who have extended their houses but every one of them has been unhappy with the person who drew plans for them so I'm really wary now about paying someone to do a bad job. I don't really want to pay an architect if I can help it because I'm a tightwad
