We are relocating and it looks nice but until I can get there at the weekend all research is by the internet help me find a house for 700 k max 4 bed a primary and a secondary school and a independent coffee shop xx thanks

coffee shops, no problem. Nice area, lots to see and do, lively town centre BUT horrendous traffic, jammed solid for hours every day during the week. Think about where you are trying to get to if it will be by car.

if you are looking at state secondary, i would look carefully at options...

I though esher cof e and heathside were really good secondaries ?

you need to ensure you are well within the catchment for Heathside. you will see mixed reviews about esher and rydens on this site, perhaps post in education and some knowledgeable folk will give you some honest opinions ! Good luck, and enjoy the househunt.

Heathside has good results at the top end tho doesn't look it and perhaps not that good for below average ability
Rydens looks better tho variable, it was good not long ago but there was a change of head, not sure now
Salesians in Chertsey (RC) is good
RC primary is good
