Kitchen handle advice

My new kitchen will have a mixture of stainless steel and off white wooden cupboard doors. I know it may seem strange but I think it will work. But i'm not sure what handles to go for that will look right on both styles of door, Any ideas?

Stainless steel bar handles?

Yes, for me that would work, but the important thing is the shape of the handles. You should go along and actually feel the handles - comfortable or not, and not too big. Wouldn't go for a light kitchen myself as shows the dirt too much. I like the pine wood.

We're going for a light kitchen this time as the kitchen is north facing and never gets any direct sunlight. Really like the look of the stainless steel for some base units and hoping that the lack of direct sunlight will make them less high maintenance than they would otherwise be. Kitchen is generally all planned now- apart from a tap.... and suitable handles.
