We are thinking of moving a bit further out of London in the hope that we can afford more living space!

Can anyone recommend somewhere to live - we have about 350k to spend, need a 3 bed house with garden
decent schools
ideally within 45 mins commute from Victoria.

MAny thanks!

Bromley has good schools. Tis house is about 15 mns from Bromley south with has fast trains into Victoria. The 'chatterton village' (not really village - estate agent speak) area is popular with families, has good local shops and park. Lots of similar Victorian three bedders.

Further out, locksbottom is near the a21 and so quick and regular buses to Bromley south and accessible to Orpington rail too. Good secondary catchment. More modern housing in general, 50s and the like.
