Chimney breast removal in E London - any recommendations?

Hello

Looking to 2 have chimneys removed from upstairs (downstairs ones have already gone) bedrooms.

Anyone recommendations? DH says we should go for a chimney specialist, but we approached a specialist and they gave a quote via email without seeing it! I think a good builder could also do a good job.

We are terraced, so will need to ensure next door are comfortable with what we are doing, I guess a specialist might put their mind at rest moreso.

We are not in London but also have been trying to get a quote. We found an online chimney specialist who have given us a quote without a visit but I would feel happier if someone came out and had a look. So far of the three builders I contacted two have not called back and the third one was supposed to come around today and didn't turn up! Very frustrating............ Hope you have better luck!
