curtain maker in South West, preferably just south of bristol

that's it! i am desperate to get some curtains made and don't want to pay the full John Lewis price. Anyone know anyone in the bristol/north somerset/bath area?

There is one in Bedminster, south bristol which is meant to be highly recommended. I did a bookkeeping course with one of the ladies. She used to work at John Lewis. I think it was called S&L Fabrics. HTH.

Came on to also recommend S&L. Fab service, they are in Bedminster and also have a branch in Clevedon if you fancy a trip to the seaside!

Calico on Bedminster Parade (opposite Asda) made mine and did a very good job at a good price, even squeezed out two drops per curtain on the fabric I had by a bit of careful matching.
Would recommend.

Many thanks for that -I have seen a woman called Ruth Greaves on the web and have asked for a quote and Ruth suggested Calico for fabrics.
