We need a new kitchen and I like the look of these. Has anyone ordered or gotten quotes from them? Yay or nay?

I looked at them ( and loads of others - even did a comparison spreadsheet Blush ) so here you are:

Neptune kitchens:
solid wood construction
zig zag shelf adjusts
each unit has feet so can look 'bitty'
only does their own standard sizes
includes painting in a choice of colours

Unpainted kitchens:
hardwood frame but MDF or cream melamine cupboards
can build any size
unprimed

Handmade Kitchens Direct: here
will build to ANY size (exactly)
solid wood drawers with drawer runners hidden underneath
choice of door styles and plinth styles (planted plinth, recessed or legs)
tulip wood with oak veneer carcass
has quite a wide frame between each drawer

This last point is the only downside so I have gone with Handmade Ktchens Direct. Placed the deposit yesterday. It was also a very reasonable price with the units even being cheaper than a Howdens gloss. I hope it's going to look fab.

Old thread I know but were you happy with your kitchen from handmade direct in the end?
