Is this too cheap? We've been quoted £180 to replace the guttering at the front or the back of the house, making it £360 for the whole house. This is in addition to some work being done on the chimney, so will already have scaffolding up.
We're in London and it's a 1925 terraced house. The builder has had good reviews on Rated People and his quote on the chimney was significantly lower than our other, but I think our neighbour is wary on the guttering price. Any advice? TIA.
