We have an issue. We have a 4'5" door aperture between our kitchen and hallway. The initial plan was to have double doors there - but because of light switch placement this will not work -(unless we grow Mr Tickle arms so we can bend our ours round in a u-turn to turn the lights on..
We will probably not have the door between hall and kitchen closed very often (just the odd bit of fish cooking ) The general state will be for the door to be open. So we want something that "disappears" as much as possible- so were thinking internal bi-folds. We would rather no have a floor-track across the oak flooring though - so will need to look at top-hung ones.
And now we do not have a standard size gap for bifolds (Arghh)
So does anyone have experience of top-hung bifolds. And any idea if it is possible/what cost to have made-to-measure ones?
