Landlord insurance, who's good and what to look for?

Hi

we are renting out our property for the first time and need to get landlord insurance.
I have asked my own current company but their cover is really minimal, doesn't cover tenant's accidental damage of furniture or the building or malicious damage or theft by tenants, also doesn't cover court costs to get them evicted should they refuse to pay rent. I think it is possible to get this kind of cover? does anyone out there have a good policy and can anyone tell me what else I should try and get covered?

thanks!
