New build purchase doubts 2

Sorry, haven't got the hang of this yet. Can't see my thread in this topic for some reason, but can see it by searching, so I'm posting the link as I'm keen to gather views.

Have they given you an exchange and completion date yet? Our house was a George Wimpey and bar not phoning us until almost 4pm on completion date to say we could move in as long as we were there by 5 (we were still an hour and a half drive away ) they were good. As some of the site was still being built they were there and dealt with all our snagging queries within days of moving in. They left us with a rubbish garden (turf laid in winter on top of lots of building debris). All that said, I'd still consider them to be good overall.
