boring, they have turned it beige and put nasty fitted wardrobes in. I really wish I hadnt looked.

They've knocked my Grandparents bungalow down and built a much larger house (much more sutible for the size of garden), But....

its depressing isnt it, just showed dh, I just cant bellieve the place we had so much fun and was so bright and cheerful is so utterly mindnumbingly dull.

Yes, it's sad that the place I spent chunks of every school holiday has changed so much.
However, at least they haven't built lots of houses on the land, so hopefully other children play there now.

Hopefully your flat will be bought by someone who's first move is to brighten it up.
