where to find rugs?

any suggestions for a place to buy rugs? not John Lewis- and not online as i would like to feel them first-many thanks

should add we're in herts but willing to drive a bit

Crucial trading here do made to measure rugs. They are online but their rugs are made out of their carpet range which is stocked in quite a lot of carpet shops, so you could feel them there.

Ikea have quite a decent range.

We got our last rug from Costco - random but we like it :)

Dunelm Mill had some really nice rugs at the weekend.
