Have had offer accepted on amazing (but terrible condition!) cross gabled Edwardian detached house. There's no chain and vendor wants to exchange in three weeks and complete a week later. Is a four month renovation project so have to make a lot of decisions quickly now!
The hallway is south facing with a gorgeous full height window. I love the Scion Mr Fox fabric in paprika, which is the same colour as the original Edwardian terracotta floor tiles (which obv I won't be tearing up).
But what colour for the walls, which have to run up the stairs and upstairs landing too (and two preschoolers so needs to be hard wearing - we are a few years off F&B I think!)
