Any suggestions and is this possible?

We want to move somewhere that is within a reasonable commute to Waterloo, Vauxhall, Feltham, Kew and the start of the M3.

Must be in catchment of a good co-ed comprehensive school.

Need a decent sized family house with a proper garden for £650,000. So, obviously for that sort of money, I am thinking of somewhere in zones 3,4 or further out.

Can it be done lovely Londoners?

Staines?

Don't know anything about the schools and it's a bit further out than z3/4 but it hits the rest of your requirements.

4-bed detached £650k.

Like Kirsty and Phil - I could help you pay as close to the asking price as possible - or even more. Grin

fourwalls Ha ha, I agree! They always offer TOO TOO much! ;) Good luck Mintyy!

You could probably get four bedrooms in Twickenham which is easy access to all the areas you mention and the M3. There is an Ofsted outstanding secondary school, Orleans Park, but I don't know anything about it myself so you might have to live on doorstep.

Would also suggest Twickenham.
Could get 3-4 bedrooms within 5-10 mins walk of mainline train (aprox 20 mins to Waterloo) for £600-700,000.
Good primary and secondary schools in the area
