Curtains to match this Peter Pan wallpaper

I was thinking of decorating ds1's room in this wallpaper in the white on slate colourway:

It's expensive so I'll probably only do one wall.

Could anyone suggest what sort of curtains would go with it? White with the bottom third slate maybe?

And should I paint the other walls white or pale grey or something bold?

The wallpaper is lovely
I would avoid a bold colour and probably go for pale grey walls
For the curtains, white with a slate trim, possibly on the leading edge of the curtains.

A stripe would be nice for curtain fabric, a broad stripe in white & grey

Dds room is grey. We just got a Homebase own grey paint its very nice on the walls, I would do the grey thats on the paper.

Also it may seem like an odd colour to pit with it but green looks brilliant with grey. google grey and green room for.some inspiration. we added green plain curtains and a green rug to dds room with some little green storage boxes and fleecey blankets etc.
