saw one in a magazine but was VERY expensive

You could try making one from MDF, foam padding (we have a person on the market sells it and cuts it to size) and good quality upholstery fabric.

Passes out at thought of making one, finds putting a button on fiddly enough.
my sil is quite a whizz at curtains etc wonder if she could help
