How much to offer?

Started a.new. thread for this as the other one relates to more pricey houses. We have 100k and have seen a couple of houses which interest us. One on market for 100k but needs rennovation. And one for 120k needs nothing doing to it. Do we stand a chance with any? How much would you offer? Thanks in advance xx

I'd offer £100k on the £120k one - you never know, they might be really "motivated" and take it. The worst they can do is say no. Good luck!
