Calling F&B experts

If you had a french grey front door, what colour would you do the casing or frame? It's a stable door with black decorative hinges which I suppose will have to stay black. We also have a window next to it which I think should be painted the same as door but dp not too sure. What do you reckon peeps?

What colour is the rest of the house/wall? Brick/stone/render etc?
Have you looked at the recommended colours to go with French Grey on the F&B website?

It's white painted brick and tile hung above the white.

I had decided on another colour which would have gone with black and then changed at the last minute! Grrr
