What seating do you have in your small living room?

We have a parlour house with a front and back room. So very small rooms. We currently have a small 2 seater sofa, and a matching arm chair, which are falling apart, so time for an upgrade.

I'm wondering whether to just get just a 2 or 3 seater sofa and then a lightweight chair like poang. Our household is 2 adults and currently 1 child.

What do people have in their homes?

We've got a small lounge as well. We've got 2 x 2 seater settees and a tub chair. We're lucky that we've got a bay window so the tub chair fits in the bay. There's not much room to get in the room between the settees - there's about a foot between them, but it's ok. There are 4 of us but regular grandparent visits who live nearby so there's just enough seating - except for Xmas day when we're 11 and people have to hover!
