Hi just accepted an offer on our house - EA has recommended Simply Conveyancing and also a couple of local solicitors. I am getting quotes from all 3.
Does anyone have any experience of using Simply Conveyancing good or bad?
Also any general tips on choosing a solicitor to do the conveyancing for us. We are just selling at the moment (already in rented accom).
