We will be in a position to buy a house in the next few months, and have been looking online at areas like Ickham, Barham, Elham, Minster etc are these good areas, are prices likely to drop any further? If anyone know anything I'ld be very happy to hear it. We're looking for a 4/5 bed detached house. But are new to the area and it's all a bit new. Any advice welcome.
