Has anyone used Ventrolla?

Am taking the advice of lovely MNers & getting my draughty windows sorted. Got a Ventrolla leaflet through my door & wondered if they were any good.

Failing them, can anyone recommend someone to renovate my casement windows in north London?

No too expensive.
Look in local Yellow PAges under sash windows are there are usually people who specialise in the repair/renovation of them who are much cheaper than Ventrolla.
An experienced carpenter/joiner will also be able to help.
Ask around for recommendations.

They're casements not sash... anyway I've contacted a few companies so we'll see. Don't know how to find a decent joiner, the one we used to use has retired.

perhaps the retired person knows some people.
