Does anyone use anyone other than British Gas for home boiler cover?
I've been less than impressed with their service this year, I could only book an appointment about a month in advance for my annual service (not overly possible with a DP who works mixed shifts and doesn't always know his rota that far ahead) and then only had a choice of about three different slots.
When I called up to ask for more options I was told that was all there was, like it or lump it, more or less.
I'd booked 2-4pm today and was expecting a call from the engineer to say they were on their way....I'm still waiting for that call...
Is there anyone else out there that offers a similar Home Care type service that any of you rate as I'm seriously contemplating taking my business elsewhere. I feel like a bit of an inconvenience at the moment!
