Planning permission - how much does it cost?

Hi, we are planning to put a new garage in place of our old one and we know that we will need to get planning permission. Does anyone know how much it cost roughly? Thanks for answers.

Planning consent will probably not be required and possibly not building regulations either if the work is a like for like replacement.
