We're just at the end of having a detache charge built. The floor is uneven with two dips in the middle and trowel marks everywhere. The builder is saying the dips were inevitable because the weather was so hot when it was poured. He says he can lay a screed over the top but can't guarantee it won't crack. We're not happy. Has anyone else been in this situation and what did you do?
